Bot actions
When talking to clients, the bot can perform various actions:
- Exchange data with:
- third-party services via HTTP requests;
- the Bitrix24 CRM system;
- Google Sheets.
- Send data:
- to email addresses;
- in SMS messages.
- Follow different script branches depending on:
- clients’ response, even if they do not respond to the bot;
- fulfillment of the conditions;
- date and time.
- Transfer dialogs or calls to agents.
- Receive payments from Telegram users.
- Save client responses into variables.
- Finish script execution at a particular moment.
