The customer support portal has moved to a new address. Now you can find all your requests on justai.helpdeskeddy.com. However, you can still submit requests to support@just-ai.com. If you use Aimylogic, please send your requests in the chat.
In September 2023, the Zendesk system was blocked in the Russian Federation by the Russian state authorities. We used this system to process customer requests.
This has led us to move to a new portal: justai.helpdeskeddy.com. If you submitted support requests on just-ai-global.zendesk.com, they will be automatically transferred to the new portal after you have changed the password via Forgot your password.
We are continuing to configure the system for optimal performance. If you encounter any difficulties in using it or have any suggestions, please contact us.
