In 1.9.8 we were fixing bugs and decided not to send you any updates so that you’re not distracted.
This time though we have some news.
Transfer to agent for calls
We’ve had the Transfer to agent block for a long time. But it wasn’t available for bots used for calls.
We have fixed this now. From now on, when you are creating a script for call campaigns or inbound calls, you can add any number of Transfer to agent blocks. You can also control the script behavior after this block.
Read more on the new block.
Default bot answers
In the bot settings you can set the phrases the bot will use in case any problems occur. For example if there’s a technical issue or if the client stopped talking.
We’ve added a default phrase for each case. You can always change them or add other options.
Bug fixed and improvements
- The Developer subscription plan was initially designed so that it works both for calls-only and for calls-and-chatbots. Still, we realized it wasn’t quite clear. We’ve updated the page with our subscription plans overview so that Developer is also displayed on the page with plans for calls.
We’ve also:
- Fixed some bugs
- Tweaked our interface
- Fixed a few broken links
