In release 1.10.11, we have implemented the possibility to close the chat in Bitrix24 and buy an additional package of unique users when you reach the limit.

We have also published an instruction to describe your problem to the support team.

Closing chat in Bitrix24

To handle the end of the conversation, add the End of script block.

As soon as the client enters this block, the current chat will be closed in Bitrix24.

Additional package of unique users

Aimylogic will notify you when you are about to approach 80% and 100% of the total number of unique users.

You can buy an additional package of 100 unique users right from the notification by clicking the relevant button.

This feature is available on all chatbot plans except Business JivoChat.
