Direct integration with WhatsApp

In the latest Aimylogic update, we have added a direct integration with the WhatsApp messenger. Now you can connect a bot to your WhatsApp Business account directly using the app in your developer account.

Integration via the WhatsApp Business API providers remains available.

A new customer engagement platform — Aimychat

We have released a new product — a customer engagement platform called Aimychat. Its main advantages:

  • Aimychat has a simple web interface for agents.
  • You can aggregate agents into groups and view statistics on customer requests.
  • You do not need to create a new account to sign up — you can sign in with your account for any product of the Conversational Cloud environment.

To connect Aimychat to Aimylogic:

  1. Configure Aimychat.
  2. Connect the customer engagement platform to Aimylogic.
  3. Add the Transfer to agent block to your bot script.
