Project tags​

From now on, you can add up to 5 tags to each project. They can help you filter projects and display only the necessary ones.

Route filter​

A new Route filter is now available in Analytics > Dialogs. Using this filter, sessions, phrases, and routes will be sorted according to the specified sequence of states.

Ignore source port in inbound calls​

You can turn off the source port checking if you handle inbound calls to multiple DNIDs. To do this, enable Ignore port in the telephony settings.
