Today we’ve got a few improvements:
- Built-in Voicemail intent
- Batch upload of entities
Built-in Voicemail intent
We’ve added a new built-in intent for processing Voicemail. From now on, you can add this Intent to the start of the script so that your bot reacts to voicemail, as well as to system messages, e.g., the “out of reach” message.
Batch upload of entities
You can use entities in Aimylogic scripts to single out specific data from the user responses. We’ve added the option to manually add the entities long ago. This time, we’ve added the option of batch upload of your entities in an .xls or .csv file. Read more on how to do it in the article on Entities.
Bug fixes and improvements
As usual we were fixing some bugs and were also working on data security.
