Chat widget visual editor

JAICP now has a convenient visual editor which allows you to customize your chat widget design. You can see all the changes as you go. Once you’re pleased with the result, save the changes and add the chat widget to your website.

You can also customize the color palette. To do this, make any change to an existing color palette. The changes will be saved and accessible at any moment when you click the custom palette icon.

To see all the changes you are making in the chat widget design, press the chat widget icon in the right corner of the screen.

Speech synthesis and recognition

In the 1.9.10 release we have added the option to choose your own ASR/TTS provider. Now, on top of that, you also have the option to setup speech synthesis and recognition. For example, you can choose the voice or recognition model, voice tempo and pitch.

Chat2Desk

Chat2Desk is an omnichannel platform for communication with clients via chatbots in Instagram, Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Yandex.Dialogs, and a free online chat.

For the Chat2Desk channel, you can use the bot as an agent.

We’ve added the Agent group field to the Chat2Desk settings window. In it, you can choose which agent the bot will be used as.

Webim (External Bot API 2.0)

Webim is an online consulting platform. It provides communication options via different channels: chat on your website, messengers, social networks, chatbots, mobile apps and so on.

We have already implemented integrations with Webim as an inbound channel and a customer engagement platform. This time, we’ve added a new Webim (External Bot API 2.0) integration. In this case, connection to bots is implemented via External Bot API 2.0.
