Video block
We’ve added a new Video block. You can now add links to YouTube videos right to your script, and your clients will be able to watch the videos right in the chat.

Send chat history to a customer engagement platform
Now, after you publish your bot in a customer engagement platform, you can turn on the option that sends the chat history to the customer engagement platform. You can also choose how many messages will be sent there. The number of messages is not limited.
Fixes and improvements
This time, besides fixing the bugs, we’ve:
- Renamed the Transfer to agent block into Call transfer to agent for call campaign scripts
- Made a neat improvement so that the page you see after opening Aimylogic, is the same you were on when you last worked with it. E.g., if you’ve been working on a call campaign script, the next day you’ll see the list of your scripts for calls.
