In release 1.10.16, we have implemented the ability to add an agent group in the Operator API, and we have also improved the display of remaining minutes in test calls.

In addition, we would like to warn you about changes in the use of Google Sheets via tools.aimylogic.com, and also would like to inform you about changes in the cost of SMS packages.

Agent group setup in the Operator API​

From now on, when using the Operator API, you can transfer the dialog not only to an agent but to an agent group. To do this, select Add group in the channel settings and fill out the required fields.

Display of minute remainders in test calls​

For your convenience, the Test call modal window now displays not only the remaining minutes of outbound calls but also the remaining minutes of speech recognition and synthesis.

Test calls are chargeable. If you run out of minutes, you can buy additional packages in the Test call modal window.

Changes when working with Google Sheets​

If you aim to read data from Google Sheets via tools.aimylogic.com, spreadsheet URLs must conform to the following format:

https://tools.aimylogic.com/api/googlesheet2json?sheet=<sheet_name>&id=<spreadsheet_id>

In the sheet parameter, specify the sheet name instead of its number.

Also, make sure your spreadsheet has read access via the link.

SMS packages price drop​
