The ChatGPT neural network created by OpenAI is now available in Aimylogic.

The OpenAI service is unavailable in Russia, so you need a VPN to access the page.
Now you can add an AI assistant to your chatbot to generate answers to client questions.
To do so:
- Create a chatbot and add the “Question answering (FAQ)” skill to it.
- Fill in information about your company.
- Publish the bot to a channel.
It’s all done. ChatGPT will respond to clients as a live agent.
A new version of the knowledge base for advanced users
Now the knowledge base is available in two versions, depending on how you created your chatbot:
- If you created a chatbot using the visual editor or before the skill builder appeared, the simplified knowledge base is available to you.
- If you created a chatbot using the skill builder, you can add questions to the knowledge base using the “Question answering (FAQ)” skill or the advanced knowledge base.

In the advanced knowledge base, you can:
- use text formatting,
- attach images, audio recordings, and files to bot answers.
