Account

A user with the BUSINESS_OWNER or SYSTEM_ADMIN roles is provided with the details of the current plan, usage of minute packages, limits, exceeded limits, etc.

To view the plans, click All subscription plans in the sidebar on the Account page.

To check your plans and limits:

  1. Click on the top tab.
  2. Select Account from the dropdown list.

From here, you can view the following:

  • Account status: active or suspended.
  • Plan limits for unique users, sessions, telephony minutes, etc.
  • The start date of the next reporting month.

You can also see the history of the exceeded unique user limit and the number of packages activated, including telephony minute packages. You can use the search block to filter history events by period.
