User profile

The User profile section is only available to users with the USER_ADMIN role.

To open a user profile:

  1. Click on a user name on the top tab.
  2. Select Settings in the dropdown list.

On the Profile page, you can change user credentials and customize the interface.

User​

The page displays user information:

  • login;
  • email;
  • full name;
  • profile picture.

To add a profile picture:

  1. Click Upload and choose an image.
  2. Click Save to apply the changes. ? > The image should be in .jpg or .png format. Its size should not exceed 10 MB.

Password​

To change a password, enter the old password, then type in the new one twice and click Save password.

caution
Password length must be at least 10 characters. The password must contain at least one number, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter.

Interface​

You can change the interface language and configure the time zone.

Time zone setup​

By default, the browser time zone is used. You can choose another time zone according to the UTC standard.

caution
To apply the time zone change, log out and log in again.

Changing the time zone will affect the following:

  • message and session time;
  • task creation time;
  • analytics report time.
tip
The time zone change does not affect Server logs. They are always displayed in UTC±00:00 server time.
